At the Wegmans School of Nursing, we strive to make a high-quality nursing education affordable and accessible to as many aspiring advanced practice nurses as possible.
Tuition for the current school year (2021–2022) is $1,003 per credit hour. Fisher Nursing Online offers multiple program options that allow you to specialize in an area of care. Students can expect a modest increase in tuition each academic year.

There are many ways to fund your nursing education. As you evaluate how to pay for your degree, consider a variety of resources such as scholarships, employment assistance, student loans, and federal student aid programs.
In order to be eligible to receive federal student aid, you must be enrolled in at least six credits per term. St. John Fisher College considers any student taking fewer than nine credits to be part-time.
Some employers offer full or partial tuition reimbursement to nurses who are pursuing advanced credentials. We recommend that you speak to your employer to see if they can provide tuition support. For additional support as you prepare to discuss tuition benefits with your employer, reach out to our admissions team at 1-833-958-3064 or admissions@onlinenursing.sjfc.edu.
If your employer does agree to pay your tuition upon completion of the semester, you should use the Payment/Reimbursement From Employer Plan (PREP) form to defer your balance. A completed PREP form must be submitted to Student Accounts by the due date on your bill to avoid late fees. Access the PREP form on our website.
To apply for federal student aid, which includes loans, you must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). You will need to use the St. John Fisher College federal school code, 002821, when filling out your application. Keep in mind that you will need to complete the FAFSA each academic year in order to remain eligible to receive federal aid.
